PolySharp ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the PolySharp mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Apple ID Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address.
• Push Notification Token: We store your device's push notification token to send you alerts about wallet activity.
• Followed Wallets: We store which Polymarket wallet addresses you have chosen to follow.
• Usage Data: Basic app usage data such as feature interactions and crash reports.
• Subscription Information: Subscription status managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver push notifications when wallets you follow make trades on Polymarket
• To maintain your list of followed wallets across sessions
• To manage your PRO subscription status
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Push tokens and followed wallet addresses are stored in our database hosted on Supabase's infrastructure. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in the app.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple Sign In — for authentication
• RevenueCat — for subscription management
• Supabase — for database storage
• Render — for backend API hosting
• Polymarket Data API — for public blockchain trading data (no personal data shared)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

5. Polymarket Data

All wallet and trading data displayed in PolySharp is sourced from Polymarket's publicly available blockchain data. Wallet addresses are public information on the blockchain. PolySharp does not have any affiliation with Polymarket.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of push notifications at any time via iPhone Settings

To delete your account, tap Profile → Delete Account in the app. This will permanently remove your push token, followed wallets, and account data from our systems.

8. Children's Privacy

PolySharp is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
