Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PolySharp mobile application ("App") operated by PolySharp ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PolySharp, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PolySharp is an informational app that allows users to:

• Browse publicly available Polymarket leaderboard and wallet data
• Follow specific wallet addresses and receive push notifications about their trading activity
• View trade history and open positions for public wallets

PolySharp is a data aggregation and notification tool. We are not affiliated with Polymarket. All trading data displayed is sourced from Polymarket's publicly available blockchain data.

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: PolySharp does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The information displayed in the App — including wallet activity, trade history, and leaderboard rankings — is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any position on any prediction market.

Past performance of any wallet is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. We strongly encourage you to conduct your own research before making any financial decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

PolySharp offers a PRO subscription with the following terms:

• Monthly Plan: $19.99 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $149.99 per year, billed annually (equivalent to ~$12.50/month)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law

Subscription management and billing are handled by Apple's App Store. Any billing disputes should be directed to Apple support.

5. Free Tier

The free version of PolySharp allows users to browse the leaderboard and view limited wallet data. Follow/unfollow functionality and full trade history are PRO features requiring an active subscription.

6. Account

You must sign in with Apple to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the App. Account deletion will remove your data from our systems within a reasonable time period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the App at scale
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• Attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls through technical means

8. Intellectual Property

The PolySharp name, logo, and all original content in the App are owned by PolySharp. Polymarket trading data displayed in the App is publicly available blockchain data and is not owned by PolySharp. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that wallet data will be accurate or up to date. Notification delivery depends on device settings, network connectivity, and third-party push notification services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolySharp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the App or reliance on any information displayed therein.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
